We have noticed that it can take up to a number of hours before third party data is available for Calorie Crunch to fetch. Try pressing the "sync" button located at the end of the steps progress bar. Worse case scenerio, try disconnecting the service and reconnecting.
Google Fit notes:
I have had success fetching data quicker from Google Fit by making sure I refresh my Journal within the Google Fit App.
Strava notes:
After an exercise you may need to go to the EDIT screen of the exercise within the Strava app and save it. You don't need to change anything. This seems to refresh the exercise. I've had to do this when Peleton is linked to my Strava account then pulled into Calorie Crunch.
